Koch Plant Manager

Location- Plant City, Florida - Onsite

Travel – Less than 10%

Relocation: Relocation assistance is available to those that qualify and live in the US.

In this role you will:

Manages, develops, and leads the daily activities of multiple production teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Operations to ensure safety


• Develop plans that help operations run smoothly


• Manage production


• Create and manage budgets


• Collet and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste


• Analyze data and create reports to present to top management about processes


• Evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement


• Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage


• Perform routine safety checks on equipment (Daily GEMBA)


• Make sure request transfer material from Mother Ship plant (KY) RAW and FG to keep OTD good


• Manage Quality


• Closely follow the finance impacts on each KPI (Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity, Sales, EBITA).


• Continuous improvement and 5’s


• Create a great work environment consistency in all the areas and departments


• Recognize people constantly and celebrate monthly

Qualifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Top 3 skills required:

• Safety: Ability to enforce workplace safety protocols and maintain compliance with federal, state and local standards – including OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations


• Operational and Technical Management: Understanding on manufacturing processes, production scheduling, quality control, and familiar with ERP (KENANDY), knowledge of continuous improvement.


• Finance: be familiar with efficiencies, tracking KPI indicators, controlling cost as over time

Experience:

5+ years' experience required. 

Manufacturing experience required

Experience/background in a startup environment.

Base salary range: $90,729 to $113,412/year     

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits 

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, other personal and professional benefits.
