Plant Services Skill III-SFSummary:
To plan, coordinate control, and perform tasked required keeping mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating & cooling operational. Provide for an uninterrupted flow of utilities based upon existing design criteria. Major emphasis shall be placed upon preventative and predictive maintenance. The tradesperson shall be capable of working with little or no supervision, and limited direction from specialized trades. High School Diploma and preferably Trade or Vocational School certificate. At least 5 years of general maintenance or specialized mechanical trade experience preferably in Healthcare industry. License may be required in specialtyType of Opportunity:

Requires a thorough knowledge understanding of maintenance operations components that make up the physical plant. A general knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, A/C Heating, Refrigeration, Mechanical, Building finishes and Life Safety Codes. Ability to qualify for this position by demonstrating competencies described in the Facility Services Skills Sheet for this position.Qualifications:
High School Diploma and preferably Trade or Vocational School certificate in plumbing trade. At least 5 years of plumbing trade experience preferably in Healthcare industry.
