PLANT SUPERINTENDENT

Kapaa Quarry Location

We are seeking a professional and experienced individual with previous supervisory/management experience to be a part of the Kapaa Quarry management team!  Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the quarry plants.  Ability to assist with quarry operations to include production and development.  Oversees inventory of materials as needed.  Ensures safe working conditions by enforcing all local, state and federal safety rules and regulations, while complying with company safety policies.  Maintains compliance with product specifications by enforcing quality standards and implementing corrective measures as required.  Prior experience and understanding of a collective bargaining agreement is helpful.
