Culligan Water of San Antonio is currently seeking a Plant Technician to join our team. The Plant Technician for this role will assist in the warehouse as well as assisting with bottling water. Additionally, Plant Technicians are expected to take on a dynamic role that adapts to the needs of the plant and warehouse department. 

Responsibilities

  • The Plant Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining regeneration facilities (PE, DI, Bottled Water) and plant to ensure an adequate supply of quality products are available for customers. 

  • Operate bottling facility according to established standards. 

  • Follow all safety protocols and company regulations

  • Handling of all inbound and outbound goods and materials of the Plant

  • Tagging, labeling, and stocking all warehouse supplies

  • Efficiently completing all activities delegated by the Parts/Inventory Manager


Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or equivalent GED

  • 0-1 years of plant or related experience preferred, although not required

  • A valid driver’s license

  • Ability to use a mobile device or tablet

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized 

  • Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships

  • Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates

  • Clean and professional appearance

  • Able to regularly lift 50 lbs

Compensation: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
