What You’ll Do

  • Assemble Grizzly Hunting Blinds using pre-molded plastic components and fastening systems.
  • Install doors, windows, hardware, and other blind components using hand and power tools.
  • Follow work orders, build instructions, and product specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Inspect completed blinds for defects, durability, proper operation, and overall quality.
  • Communicate material shortages, quality concerns, or process issues to leads or supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals and support production needs.

  • Strong attendance and reliability.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic mechanical skills or comfort using hand and power tools—training is provided!
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
