Express Employment Professionals in Lakewood, OH is Now Hiring a Plastic Molding Machine Set-Up Technician

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Shifts: Train on 1st Shift 5am to 3pm After training a hybrid or 2nd or 3rd shift.

2nd Shift 1pm to 11pm

3rd Shift 9pm to 7am

Job Location: Cleveland Ohio

Job Type: Full Time Temp to Perm

Job Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

• Starting, installing, Changing, and setting up molds on plastic mold injection Machines
• Ensuring correct Plastic material, Melting Temperatures, Injection Speeds, and Pressures are correct
• Performing Adjustments as needed during production runs
• Preparing Drying Equipment and raw materials for production
• Conduct quality control on products
• Perform Maintenance and repairs on machines as needed
• Cover Machines for breaks

Requirements

• Plastic Injection Molding Machine Setup, change over, operation, and troubleshooting
• Must have 3+ years of experience in plastic Mold injection
• Tool and Dye Maintenance
• Hand and power tools
• Reading Machine and order Specifications
• Measured quality controls
• Ability to read blueprints
• Must have car and license in case need to return to work.

Qualified Candidates Will Be:

• Have strong communication skills
• can work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
• Mechanically inclined
• Strong problem solving skills
• ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift

**Must have a High school diploma or GED

**Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
