Plastic Recycling Technician

Description

• Set up and run large grinding machines.
• Load materials safely into the machine.
• Adjust settings for different materials.
• Keep the machine clean and running smoothly.
• Fix small issues and call maintenance for bigger problems.
• Check finished material to make sure it looks right.
• Follow all safety rules and always wear PPE.
• Write down production and any problems.
• Work well with your team and supervisor.
• Be on time and work your full shift.
   

Duties may change as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends (Panama schedule: Week 1 – Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat, Week 2 – Sun/Wed/Thurs).
   
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
