Plastic Surgery Nurse

We are seeking a reliable, upbeat, and detail-oriented LPN or RN to join our Plastic Surgery team. This individual will provide both clinical and surgical support in our dynamic, patient-focused practice. The ideal candidate for this position thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, and works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.

• Collect detailed patient histories and document aesthetic concerns, prior treatments, and desired outcomes
• Document and scribe for the plastic surgeon during the visit encounter, ensuring all information is accurate
• Prepare exam and procedure rooms for surgical and non-surgical treatments (e.g., skin surgeries, Botox, fillers, laser treatments, consultations)
• Assist with turning over the operating room: cleaning, restocking supplies, setting up for the next case
• Support the surgical team with prepping the room and patient pre-op/post-op positioning (as needed).
• Assist plastic surgeon during in-office surgical procedures by handing instruments, maintaining a sterile field, and monitoring patient comfort
• Inject local numbing prior to surgical procedures
• Apply topical numbing, remove sutures, change dressings, and assist with wound assessments under physician supervision
• Sterilize instruments and maintain inventory of surgical supplies
• Capture and manage high-quality before-and-after photos for documentation and patient education
• Participate in daily huddles with providers and support staff
