This is how you will grow:

• Oversees the design and development of plastic molds.
• Work as part of a team from inception through testing and implementation of new polymers. 
• Supervise technicians
• Budget tool cost
• Troubleshoot product issues. 
• Responsible for completing deliverables on-time.

Requirements

This is how you will take us forward:

• Automotive OEM experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.
• 3 plus years of experience 
• Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
