Platform Administrator

Peregrine Team is hiring for a Platform Administrator in Costa Mesa, CA. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position with full benefits and competitive pay. The role is 100% onsite at a corporate office in Costa Mesa for a leading healthcare organization.

About the Role

The Platform Administrator supports our Qualtrics-based survey and feedback programs, ensuring smooth operations, assisting users, and managing workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, process improvement, and using feedback to drive positive change. Your work will help capture insights that enhance the employee, patient, and customer experience while growing your technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Qualtrics Voice of the Customer (VoC) platform, including upgrades, enhancements, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot user issues; escalate complex cases to IT or Qualtrics support.
• Build, edit, and deploy surveys, dashboards, and distribution lists using standardized formats.
• Support QA testing, survey change processes, and account administration.
• Maintain analytics tools (e.g., Text iQ) and assist with comment analysis.
• Provide training, guides, and onboarding for internal users.
• Track and prioritize support requests; maintain SOPs and support case management processes.
• Partner with BI and HR teams to drive automation and operational improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in platform analytics, survey tools, or operations (Qualtrics preferred).
• Strong skills with data, dashboards, and user-focused problem solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
