Job Summary:

Are you ready to be part of an exciting, tail-wagging adventure? As a Play My Way Handler, you'll supervise daycare and boarding dogs, making sure they have a blast while staying safe and healthy! You’ll keep the play areas clean, manage group and individual playtime, and provide enrichment activities that keep the pups happy. Plus, you’ll help train new staff and make sure each dog gets the attention and care they deserve. This is the perfect job for someone who loves dogs and enjoys a dynamic, fun environment!

*This position involves handling dogs with behavior challenges. Dog Handling/Training experience highly encouraged

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise dogs during playtime, both in groups and individually


• Keep play areas clean and sanitized


• Feed, medicate, and monitor the health of dogs


• Provide one-on-one activities and enrichment sessions


• Train new staff and ensure smooth handoffs between shifts


• Use basic commands to encourage good behavior and discourage bad behavior


• Keep accurate records and report any issues to management
