PLC Controls Engineer

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

•  Develop and program multi-station assembly and test systems


• Configure PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems


• Apply motion control techniques and solutions


• Utilize PanelView Plus and PanelBuilder32 platforms


• Integrate networking and communication protocols

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Strong working knowledge of mechatronic systems and components


• Mechanical aptitude with a dedicated work ethic


• Proficiency in Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000 (required)


• Experience with SIEMENS platforms (preferred)


• Background in powertrain systems (a plus)


• Familiarity with Ethernet/IP networking


• Understanding of step and state logic


• Fanuc and ABB robot programming experience (a plus)


• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
