We are a leading Engineering company looking for an outstanding PLC Manager to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to our organization's mission by focusing on target projects, staff management, leading staff, providing training and programming automated and robotized lines, mainly welding or assembly lines for car manufacturing. You will enroll in a company leader in its sector, know cutting edge technology and profesional methodology and practices.

Vacancy: PLC Manager.

Location: This position is based at the IT8 USA Corporation headquarters located in Pflugerville, Texas.

FOR CANDIDATES LOCATED IN THE USA: Must be available for both domestic and international travel.

FOR CANDIDATES LOCATED IN MEXICO: Must have availability to travel and reside in the United States. Advanced English level is required, along with a valid passport and visa. Candidates must be willing to travel and relocate to the U.S. as needed.

Qualifications Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field preferred.


• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.


• 5+ years of experience in PLC programming, industrial automation, or controls engineering.


• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.


• Expert level PLC Programming.


• Expert level PLC Safety Programming.


• Expert level in HMI programming.


• Knowledge of industrial networks expert level.


• Interpretation of electrical diagrams.


• Advanced Robot knowledge.


• Advanced knowledge of pneumatics.


• Advanced knowledge of analog systems.


• Generate information transmission reports.


• Monitoring of project phases / Planning / Organization.


• Adaptability to change.


• Analysis and solution of technical problems.
