We’re seeking  Donation Call Specialists   to work remotely with leading nonprofit organizations. In this role, you'll speak directly with supporters and help make giving easy and rewarding.

Your Day -to -Day:

• Call and thank donors or assist them in giving
  

• Deliver caring, clear, and professional service
  

• Enter donor information with accuracy
  

• Ensure a positive donor experience with follow -up
  

• Hit your goals to unlock raises and promotions
  

Requirements

You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  

• At least 6 months remote  OR  1 year on -site customer service experience
  

• Strong communication skills and a service mindset
  

• Comfort using Microsoft Office and call center systems
  

• Reliable, quiet work -from -home setup
  

Before You Start:

• Windows 11 PC or laptop (8GB RAM minimum)
  

• USB noise -canceling headset
  

• Hardwired internet connection
  

• Dual monitors helpful but not required
  

• No Apple or Chromebook devices
