Requirements

The Basics:

• High school diploma or GED
  




• 6+ months remote or 1 year on\-site customer support experience
  




• Strong verbal communication skills
  




• Familiar with Microsoft Office
  




• Quiet, distraction\-free workspace

• Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM min; 16GB ideal)
