Plumber

Plumbing technician qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a service & repair plumber.


• Expert drain-clearing abilities.


• Ability to perform the work in a safe and timely manner.


• Availability on weekends and work an on-call night shift per week.


• MUST BE AVAILIBLE FOR ON-CALL ROTATION


• Clean driving record for the last 3 years.


• Clean criminal background check

Plumbing technician responsibilities:

• Check-in at the shop each morning via phone except when turning in required paperwork.


• Review schedules for each day.


• Dispatch to jobs, write estimates, sell jobs, write invoices and collect payments.


• Diagnose plumbing issues. Explain the diagnosis and solution In clear written English via the mobile app. Provide multiple options for repair depending on the needs & preferences of the customer.


• Perform plumbing repairs in an efficient and professional manner.


• Ensure regular maintenance of company-issued vehicle & equipment. Communicate with management on any needed repairs.


• Maintain a neatly groomed and professional appearance.


• Follow all company policies and any direction given by management.
