Plumber

A general plumber installs, repairs, and maintains residential and commercial pipe systems, fixtures, and appliances for water, gas, and drainage.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing hot/cold water systems, drainage, sanitation, gas appliances, and fixtures (sinks, toilets, showers).
• Fixing leaks, clearing blockages, repairing burst pipes, and servicing heating systems or water heaters.
• Identifying, testing, and troubleshooting faults in plumbing systems.
• Ensuring all installations meet health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Cutting, threading, and joining pipes (copper, PVC, PEX, cast iron).

Common Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid plumbing license.
•  Proficiency with plumbing tools 
•  Ability to lift heavy materials, work in tight spaces, and work in various weather conditions.
•  Interacting with clients to explain issues and solutions
