Job Summary

Diagnose, maintain and repair plumbing systems within the hotel. Ensure good relationship with internal and external customers. Ensure hotel fixtures and fittings are maintained in a safe condition and take action when any unsafe situations arise. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

Must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities, and be able to explain and demonstrate that the essential functions of the job can be performed with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.

    Knowledge of plumbing trade which includes basic plumbing installation and repairs

    Basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of the hotel plumbing system 
  
  
  • 
    Skill in the use of related tools (including both hand and plumbing tools).
  
  
  • 
    Basic English language communication order to communicate with co-workers and fully comprehend job assignments.
  
  
  • 
    Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping and kneeling.
  
  
  • 
    Ability to move and work throughout resort for the duration of shift.
