Plumber for New Construction

Plumber to plumb new mobile/modular homes. Also Install bathtubs, toilets, and water heaters. Most work is on mobile and modular homes but residential and commercial if needed. Also routine maintenance and remoldings for properties owned by owners. Must have some construction and repair experience. A basic understanding of plumbing and carpentry is helpful. Must have a valid driver's license with a reasonably good driving record and transportation to get to work. Need to have or be able to obtain your own hand tools. However larger tools will be provided. Must have some type of construction and or mobile home experience or background. Can not have any physical issues that would prevent you from climbing ladders, crawling under homes, working on roofs and lifting heavy items as well as working in cold and heat. If you have a temper or can't work with others, do not apply. A background check and drug test will be done. Pay will be discussed and will be based on your experience.
