Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plumbing & Electric Service Manager to lead and support our service teams. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing service technicians, ensuring quality control, and driving exceptional customer experiences. You will play a critical role in the growth and success of our Plumbing and Electric divisions.

What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and support a team of plumbing and electric service technicians and apprentices

Oversee daily scheduling, dispatching, and job completion to ensure efficiency and profitability

Monitor and maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and service excellence

Provide technical support and training to technicians as needed

Conduct ride-alongs and quality checks to maintain service standards

Manage inventory, equipment, and ensure proper use of company assets

Drive team performance to meet key metrics, including sales goals, service revenue, and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with other department leaders to develop and implement operational improvements

Handle customer escalations and resolve service issues quickly and professionally

Recruit, hire, and onboard new service team members as needed

Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and local regulations

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing plumbing, electrical, or home service teams

Strong technical knowledge in both plumbing and electric service work

Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills

Ability to read and interpret job plans, blueprints, and work orders

Strong organizational skills with a focus on results and customer service

Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various conditions (indoor and outdoor environments)
