What We’re Searching For

RallyX is seeking a Plumbing Helper / Apprentice to join our team. This is an entry-level position — no plumbing experience is required. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who is eager to learn the plumbing trade, support experienced technicians, and contribute to our continued growth. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in being part of a team that delivers quality service.

What You'll Do

• Assist technicians with daily tasks on residential and commercial job sites
• Perform basic labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and cleanup
• Learn proper use of plumbing tools and techniques through hands-on training
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Represent the company professionally with customers and team members

What You Need

• Reliable transportation to work sites
• Basic hand tools (list provided; must be purchased by employee)
• Work boots and work pants
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor indoors and outdoors
• Willingness to work long hours to complete jobs
