As a Plumbing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the seamless execution of our projects—ensuring our customers are thrilled with the results.

What You’ll Do:

• Efficiently schedule and coordinate plumbing installation projects to guarantee timely and high-quality completion.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers throughout the installation process—from scheduling to post-installation follow-up.


• Collect payments, address customer inquiries, and provide solutions to any concerns promptly and professionally.


• Foster clear and effective communication within the plumbing install team and across departments.


• Facilitate regular team meetings to maintain alignment and proactively address any challenges.


• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.


• Ensure all installations, payments, and customer interactions are accurately documented in Service Titan.


• Track and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in coordination or project management, ideally in the plumbing or residential services industry.


• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Service Titan or similar service management software is a huge plus!


• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects with acute attention to detail.


• Customer Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building trust and solving problems efficiently.


• Leadership Mindset: Proven ability to lead conversations, manage expectations, and support team collaboration.
