Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Drafter with expertise in Revit and a strong background in detailing shop drawings for construction projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our team and assist in general modeling adjustments while reviewing shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Revit and other relevant software to create detailed plumbing system models.

Prepare and revise shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

Collaborate with project teams to address design modifications and resolve technical issues.

Review and analyze shop drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to facilitate seamless project execution.

Maintain organized documentation and files related to plumbing designs and revisions.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Revit Fabrication and shop drawing preparation.

4-5 years of experience working for a plumbing construction company.

Strong understanding of plumbing systems and construction processes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Additional Information:

This is a 100% remote position, with preference given to candidates in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
