Plumbing Estimator

Join a growing team at one of New England’s leading mechanical and plumbing contractors! We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to support our Construction Division by preparing accurate project estimates, developing competitive bids, and helping drive business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare plumbing estimates and competitive bids


• Review plans, specs, and design documents


• Perform take-offs using QuoteSoft and estimating software


• Build relationships with clients, GCs, engineers & vendors


• Support business development and project pursuits


• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and target projects

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of plumbing/gas construction estimating experience


• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems & codes


• Experience with QuoteSoft, Procore, MS Project & Excel


• Excellent communication, organization & negotiation skills


• Journeyman/Master Plumber License preferred


• Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred

Office-based role with regular site visits and bid walkthroughs
