Plumbing Estimator position in Oakland, CA

We are currently looking for a Plumbing Estimator to fill an immediate opening. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical estimating.

Responsibilities for the Plumbing Estimator

Build Conceptual, Design-Build and Plan-Spec Estimates for Commercial Plumbing departments and approve final Estimates

Build effective, profitable winning bids for upcoming projects

Mentor Jr/Mid-Level Plumbing Estimators

Requirements for the Plumbing Estimator

5+ years of experience

Extensive Estimating experience

Extensive Plumbing knowlege

Plan & Specifications and Design/Build project experience
