Position Overview
The Field Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day field operations of commercial plumbing projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating with project managers, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Supervise commercial plumbers on active job sites
Serve as the key liaison between field teams and project managers
Ensure adherence to project timelines, specifications, and safety standards
Provide hands-on support and training for plumbing technicians
Monitor job progress and report daily updates to leadership
Conduct regular quality control inspections and resolve job site issues
Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors as needed
Maintain accurate records of field activities and workforce hours
Perform other duties as assigned to support overall project and company success

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Travel Requirements
This position requires occasional regional travel to project sites within Florida.
A company vehicle and gas card are provided for all business-related travel.
Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
Overnight travel is rare but may be necessary for certain projects.
