We’re hiring Plumbing Foreman to join our growing team. As a Plumbing Foreman, you’ll lead from the front - managing crews while staying hands-on in the field. You’ll play a critical role in jobsite execution, crew development, and delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and work alongside field crews to drive productivity, quality, and safety


• Coordinate labor, materials, and workflow to keep projects moving


• Enforce company standards, project specs, and code compliance


• Complete required documentation and reporting


• Mentor apprentices and help build strong, high-performing teams

What You Bring:

• Current Montana Journeyman Plumber license (required)


• 5+ years of plumbing experience, including leadership or foreman experience


• Strong knowledge of plumbing and mechanical systems and codes


• Proven ability to lead, communicate, and hold crews accountable


• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
