Pay Rate: $14 – $18 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Plumbing Helper to support our experienced plumbers on service and remodel projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the skilled trades, with a clear path toward apprenticeship and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead plumbers with installations (water heaters, fixtures, piping)
• Prepare job sites and ensure materials/tools are ready for daily tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work trucks and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Support general labor tasks on residential and light commercial projects
• Gradually take on more independent responsibilities as skills develop

Must Have:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, carrying, working in tight spaces)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation to job location
• Availability to start within 2 weeks

Nice to Have:

• Valid driver’s license
• Prior experience in construction or a related trade
