Plumbing Hvac

Earls Plumbing & Drain Cleaning is seeking a dedicated Plumbing HVAC professional to join our team. As a Plumbing HVAC technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and fixing heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems for both residential and commercial customers. This role requires a combination of technical skills, customer service abilities, and a keen attention to detail to ensure our clients receive the best service and support available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems according to design specifications, ensuring the work is completed to the highest standards.
• Inspect existing HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety, performing routine preventative maintenance to maximize their lifespan.
• Diagnose issues and repair HVAC systems as needed, responding to urgent situations promptly.
• Provide professional, friendly service to our customers, explaining complex HVAC issues in easily understandable language and offering workable solutions.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations during all tasks.
• Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay current with industry developments and new products.
• Complete job-related paperwork accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Technical training or apprenticeship in HVAC-R or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is desired.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is needed.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for mechanical repair.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and spend long periods standing or climbing.
