Job Responsibilities:

• Install, replace, and upgrade plumbing systems in residential settings, including but not limited to water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems.
• Troubleshoot installation-related issues and provide effective, code-compliant solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job scopes, and plumbing diagrams to execute installations accurately.
• Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.
• Work closely with dispatchers, project managers, and customers to coordinate job timelines and expectations.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces, protecting customer property and ensuring site safety.
• Operate hand and power tools, plumbing equipment, and safety gear properly and responsibly.
• Document installation details, materials used, and job completion notes accurately.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system operations, usage tips, and post-install care.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and company policies on every job.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of plumbing experience required.
• Some type of plumbing license preferred but not required: Residential, Journeyman’s, Masters.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Clean background check.
