Our brand-new 1 Tom Plumber South Minneapolis franchise is officially open and we're building a powerhouse team from the ground up. As a Journeyman Plumber with 1 Tom Plumber, you’ll be handling:

Residential and commercial plumbing service calls

Drain cleaning and water heater installation

Leak detection, pipe repairs, fixture installation, and more

Emergency and same-day plumbing solutions (rotating on-call schedule)

What We’re Looking For

Active Journeyman Plumber license Minneapolis/St. Paul MN

3+ years of experience preferred

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits

$40-45/ hour based on experience and licensing

We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! Regardless of your level of experience, you must be ready to constantly learn and better yourself.
