1 Tom Plumber is a Emergency response plumbing business opened in the Twin Cities in May 2025. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join us in launching 1 Tom Plumber.

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our plumbing operations. From complex installations to critical repairs, you’ll tackle every challenge with precision and confidence! You’ll work directly with our customers, lead the team, and ensure all plumbing work meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the charge in installing, repairing, and maintaining top-tier plumbing systems.

Troubleshoot with precision and handle the most complex plumbing problems like a pro.

Supervise and mentor the next generation of plumbers—help them level up and succeed!

Manage plumbing projects from start to finish—on time, within budget, and always up to code.

Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing questions and making sure clients are 100% satisfied.

Keep everything running smoothly, tools, equipment, and vehicles must be in tip-top shape.

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who can roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and deliver top-tier plumbing work every time. Is that you?

You’ve got a valid Master Plumber License and looking for the next step in your career.

You’re an expert in plumbing systems, codes, and regulations, you know it all!

You’ve got a knack for solving problems, even when the situation gets tricky.

You’ve got excellent communication skills and love connecting with customers and your team.

Compensation and Benefits

$100,000-$150,000 Salary based on qualifications and experience

We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! Regardless of your level of experience, you must be ready to constantly learn and better yourself.
