Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator

We’re hiring a Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial plumbing projects from bid through completion. This role combines estimating accuracy with hands-on project coordination and field oversight.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare plumbing estimates, takeoffs, and proposals
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and schedules
• Track budgets, change orders, and overall project costs
• Review drawings, specs, and scopes to ensure accurate execution

• Experience in commercial plumbing project management and estimating
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Proven scheduling, budgeting, and coordination skills
• Clear communication with field teams, vendors, and clients
