Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator

We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial and residential plumbing projects in Manhattan Beach, California. This full-time position offers a salary range of $85,000–$105,000 and emphasizes project oversight, accurate estimating, and field coordination to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and compliant with plumbing standards. The role provides the opportunity to work on diverse plumbing projects while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team in Manhattan Beach.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee plumbing projects from bid award through completion, ensuring quality and compliance in Manhattan Beach projects.
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for commercial and residential plumbing work.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, inspections, and material suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, change orders, and documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, general contractors, and internal teams to manage expectations and project scope.

• Proven experience in plumbing construction or plumbing project management.
• Strong skills in estimating, cost management, and coordinating multiple projects.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines across concurrent projects.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing codes, construction processes, and industry best practices.
• Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal abilities.
