Key Duties for the Plumbing Purchasing Agent:

• Efficiently prepare and process orders for plumbing parts and equipment based on Purchase Orders.
• Foster robust relationships with distributors, suppliers, and in-house teams.
• Evaluate products and distributors based on quality, price, availability, and other essential criteria.
• Negotiate with vendors for the best prices and ensure consistent product invoicing.
• Monitor and forecast inventory, maintaining the accuracy of materials processed.
• Ensure monthly vendor statements are accurate before approval.
• Collaborate actively with vendors and industry peers.

What You’ll Bring as the Plumbing Purchasing Agent:

• 3+ years of purchasing experience in plumbing.
• Knowledge of inventory monitoring and forecasting.
• Proficiency in the plumbing and residential services sector.
• Experience with Service Titan preferred.
