Job Description - Plumbing Sales Consultant

Position Highlights:

High Earning Potential: Earn up to $200k+ per year with generous bonuses and uncapped commissions.

What You'll Do:

Manage the full sales lifecycle for residential plumbing projects—from consultation to close.
Conduct in-home assessments of plumbing systems and fixtures, identifying needs and recommending solutions.
Offer customized proposals based on homeowner needs, system condition, and preferences.
Present and explain estimates, scope of work, and financing options with professionalism and clarity.
Act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, building long-term relationships.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions and sales progress.
Coordinate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction from sale to service.
Participate in ongoing sales and product training to stay at the top of your game.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of one (1) year of residential plumbing sales experience is required.
Two (2) or more years of in-home sales experience.
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
Strong communication skills and a solutions-first mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or ServiceTitan is a plus.
Knowledge of the Fort Myers and Naples markets is highly preferred.
