Plumbing Service Manager

The Role:

Manage Plumbing staff and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality service calls, every time, while also meeting and exceeding department metrics. This position will report to the Director of Plumbing with a dotted line relationship to the Director of Operations and General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Integrate sales strategies across departments to drive profitable results.  
• Accountable for sales growth within departments through training and coaching. 
• Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. 
• Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals. 
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business. 
• Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve. 
• Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
• Serve as a technical back-up for field technicians when necessary. 
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure safety is up to OSHA, state, and local standards by following all regulated guidelines.
• Other managerial duties as assigned.
