Lead Plumbing Manager – Build Something Great with a $7M Family-Owned Remodeling Company

We are a family-owned, $7 million per year bathroom remodeling company with a strong culture built on trust, teamwork, and growth. As we expand into plumbing services, we’re seeking a licensed Illinois plumber to take on a leadership role in building this new vertical. What We’re Looking For

✅ Current & valid Illinois Plumbing License (non-negotiable)
✅ Minimum 5+ years of service plumbing experience

✅ Strong troubleshooting, mentoring, and organizational skills

Your Role

As our Plumbing Division Lead, you will:

• Hire, train, and develop plumbing & sewer technicians into a top-performing team
• Purchase and outfit service vehicles for operational excellence
• Be the lead troubleshooter in the field, guiding your team through complex jobs
• Track and manage KPIs through ServiceTitan to drive growth and accountability
• Build and maintain inventory systems that keep your team efficient and ready
• Set the tone for customer experience, ensuring our plumbing division delivers the same “white glove” treatment our remodeling clients already expect
• Think and act like an owner—taking pride in growing the division and raising the bar for service in our industry
