**Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily operations of the plumbing service department - Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction - Manage and mentor a team of plumbers and technicians - Coordinate schedules, dispatch service calls, and optimize workflow - Handle client communication, quotes, and project timelines, Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.  Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the company.  Ensure compliance and safety regulations on all jobs. Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.  Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers.  Manage conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.

**Qualifications:** - Proven experience in plumbing and service management - Strong leadership and organizational skills  10+ years of experience in Plumbing. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.  Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to develop and manage budgets and financial plans.  Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
