Job Description - Plumbing Technician

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for both residential and commercial properties
Troubleshoot plumbing problems (e.g., leaks, clogs, low water pressure) and recommend solutions
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and building codes
Accurately complete service documentation using company software (ServiceTitan preferred)
Communicate with customers and office staff regarding job progress and needs
Maintain clean and organized workspaces and company vehicle
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency service

Requirements

2+ years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial) required
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
North Carolina plumbing license or registered apprentice (preferred)
Strong understanding of local plumbing codes and safety standards
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
Tech-savvy and familiar with mobile work order systems (ServiceTitan a plus)
Ability to work in tight spaces, on ladders, or in various weather conditions
