Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a Home Care Manager to lead operations in our Plymouth office. If you're a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference in people's lives, this is your role.

What You'll Do:

• 
  

  Oversee daily operations of home care services (HHA, CNA, PCA, Homemaker, Companion)

  
  


• 
  

  Manage scheduling and ensure strong client–caregiver matches

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain communication with clients, families, and care teams

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor quality of care and client satisfaction

  
  


• 
  

  Lead, coach, and support office staff and caregivers

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards

  
  


• 
  

  Handle reports, documentation, and payroll prep

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in on-call rotation as needed

  
  

What You Bring:

• 
  

  2+ years of home care experience

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of leadership/management experience

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure

  
  


• 
  

  Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, electronic systems)

  
  


• 
  

  ASAP experience is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation

  
  

Education:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Health or Human Services preferred
