We're seeking talented, passionate individuals to join our team and help us create memorable dining experiences.
Position Overview: We are looking for skilled and motivated PM Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring each dish meets our high standards for quality, presentation, and flavor. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a love for culinary artistry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Monitor food stock and notify management of shortages.
Adhere to food safety and health regulations.
Assist in daily prep and other kitchen duties as needed.
Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:
Completion of company-provided in-venue Line Cook training and possession of a valid Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Previous culinary experience, particularly in high-volume kitchen operations.
Demonstrated ability to execute line cook duties effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic culinary environment.
Physical capability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat and cleaning chemicals.
Strong focus and adaptability under pressure in an ever-changing, high-energy atmosphere.
Flexible availability, including the ability to work a variety of shifts such as mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
