WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Line Cook, you'll be an essential part of our dynamic culinary team, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and flair. In this role, you will:

• Create Culinary Masterpieces: Prepare dishes inspired by Giada De Laurentiis' signature style, fusing Roman traditions with vibrant California flavors.
• Collaborate with Excellence: Work closely with an experienced culinary team, maintaining the high standards that define Luna by Giada.
• Showcase Premium Ingredients: Utilize the finest local produce and top-quality meats, ensuring each dish reflects our commitment to authenticity and flavor.
• Maintain a Pristine Kitchen: Uphold rigorous safety and sanitation standards to provide a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

• Proven experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or similar setting.
