PM Prep Position

This is strictly a prep position which may include some dish station requirements and basic knowledge of general sanitation and food handling requirements by the laws of Texas. .

Duties and job responsibilities  to include for mid to pm prep position consideration, understanding the schedule could vary depending on the day of week. 4pm-10pm; or 5pm-11pm   are certain examples and open availability a must.

This position also includes straining and taking care of stocks ,making seasoning kits. The pm prep position may also include organizing ,cleaning, rotating the walk in coolers, putting deliveries away, and general cleaning and pre closing  and deep clean duties.

Training for this position will be provided

This require 3 day minimum of am shifts.
This position details tasks but not limited to:prepping and cutting various vegetables, panning out noodles, and other various items needed for both  services.

**MUST HAVE CURRENT FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATION PROOF UPON ANY SORT OF CONSIDERATION OF INTERVIEW**
