PM Shift Full Time Caregivers $16.25 to $20 per hour - Wanted For Assisted Living and Memory Care

Job Summary
Lantern Crest Senior Living is seeking Full Time Caregivers to provide assisted living and memory care to the resident population in our Santee, California facility. This is a full-time, hourly position that pays $16.25 - $20.00 an hour.

Responsibilities
-Support residents in accordance with individual care plans, provide assistance with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, etc.
-Deliver compassionate resident care with dedication to excellence
-Attend staff meetings to ensure up-to-date information is communicated
-Listen to and document residents' feedback and ensure communication with their families and healthcare providers
-Perform housekeeping duties

Requirements
-High school diploma/GED or equivalent
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
