Job Description - PM Technician (Lithography)

Schedule: Day Shift, M-F (7:00am-5:30pm)
Pay Rate: $21 - $23 Hourly DOE 
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Position Type: Full Time
Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.  

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on fab lithography tools according to specifications. 
  • Document maintenance activities and report equipment status.
  • Provide support to diagnose and repair issues as needed.
  • Multi-tasked responsibilities include non-standard processing and problem-solving, as well as equipment processing.
  • Attend all required meetings: the goal is to become self-sustaining.
  • Complete post-PM recovery, test fire, and qualification.
  • Must follow all customer safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE

Requirements:
  • Required: Min 1 year on any semiconductor toolset.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in the disassembly and assembly of semiconductor tools.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including etching, deposition, and lithography systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
