We are currently recruiting for a PMO – Make Workstream, Project Osprey to be based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This is a duration based role, expected to complete December 31st, 2027. Eligible for Severance

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.
The PMO for the Make Workstream will provide structured program management support for enterprise-level operational separation activities. This role ensures coordinated planning, governance, risk management, timeline integration, and cross-functional alignment across manufacturing and supply-related initiatives. The position supports leadership with clear reporting, disciplined execution, and consistent program controls to enable successful completion of key organizational transition objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project timelines, including milestones, dependencies, and key decision points.
- Drive governance routines, documentation accuracy, and progress tracking across all assigned activities.
- Coordinate development and alignment of Manufacturing and Supply Agreements (MSAs) between DPS and J&J.
- Support cross-functional review cycles for cost models, operational terms, and continuity-of-supply requirements.
- Manage financial reconciliation for separation costs, partnering closely with Finance on forecasting and variance analysis.
- Serve as a central interface to J&J program, operational, and financial teams for site-specific separation matters.
- Prepare structured updates, dashboards, and leadership-ready communication summarizing risks, progress, and decision needs.
- Maintain risk, issue, and dependency logs while driving mitigation actions and escalation when needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, operations, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level communication materials.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across teams and geographic locations.
Preferred
- Knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments (medical device or pharmaceutical).
- Experience working within Johnson & Johnson systems or organizational structures.
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent).
