PMO Senior Consultant - 10-Month Engagement

Location: Medina & Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience: 5 years.
Project Duration: 10 months (8 months in Medina and 2 months in Riyadh).
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized PMO Senior Consultant to lead and oversee Project Management Office (PMO) operations for a 10-month engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in PMO operations and project management, with a proven track record in consulting or government environments. This role will be responsible for ensuring standardization, alignment, and high performance across all project management activities.

Key Requirements

  Proven experience in PMO operations and project management.

  
  


• Previous experience working in management consulting or for government entities.

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

  
  


• Ability to drive change and instill project management best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Manage the day-to-day operations of the PMO, ensuring consistency in planning, execution, and reporting.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and enforce project governance frameworks, templates, and processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor project performance and support corrective actions as needed to ensure delivery success.

  
  


• 
  

  Consolidate and report on portfolio-level metrics, risks, dependencies, and progress to senior leadership.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance efficiency and impact.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and foster communication between business and delivery teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Support capacity planning, resource allocation, and project prioritization efforts.
