Practical Nursing (PN) Faculty Instructor - MSN Required | Healthcare Education

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead classroom instruction in core nursing subjects including fundamentals, pharmacology, and medical-surgical nursing
• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences in state-of-the-art simulation laboratories
• Supervise clinical rotations at partner healthcare facilities
• Develop and maintain curriculum aligned with state nursing board standards
• Prepare students for NCLEX-PN licensure examination
• Monitor and evaluate student progress through various assessment methods
• Maintain program accreditation standards and compliance requirements
• Provide academic advisement and professional mentorship to students

Required Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree
• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Strong clinical background with current nursing practice knowledge
• Teaching experience or formal training in educational methodology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellence in both verbal and written communication
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
