Job Description

The PO Review position is responsible for a variety of tasks, including reviewing purchase orders for accuracy, ensuring any customer clauses are updated and listed correctly and maintaining the company logs for all our customers. This role does not require any experience but a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is recommended. This is a part-time position offering a competitive salary and flexible hours. Job & Quality Requirements

• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy
• Ensure appropriate and most current customer clauses are on the purchase orders
• Maintain our customer logs with the most up to date customer clauses

Job Qualifications

• Read, speak and write English
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products
• Excellent data entry skills
• The ability to meet deadlines
